Product Introduction

Wastewater treatment defoamer Silicone HS2 is developed for use in inlets, aeration tanks, aerobic tanks, and outlets—areas prone to foaming. Three different types of defoamers are tailored to various stages of wastewater treatment, effectively controlling or eliminating foam generated during the process.

Product Features

  • Fast defoaming speed, long-lasting foam suppression, and low dosage.
  • Excellent rapid dispersibility; can be diluted multiple times with water and evenly dispersed in the wastewater system.
  • Chemically stable, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, heat-resistant, and does not easily demulsify or cause oil spillage.
  • Does not affect the progress of water treatment, water quality indicator testing, or discharge.
  • Has no impact on biological bacteria or membrane systems and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.

Application

Suitable for various types of sewage and wastewater treatment, circulating water treatment, paper mill wastewater treatment, textile printing and dyeing plant wastewater treatment, chemical plant wastewater treatment, landfill leachate treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, medical wastewater, seawater desalination, slaughterhouse wastewater, electroplating wastewater, circuit board wastewater, woven bag washing wastewater, urban sewage biological treatment systems, and chemical cleaning, etc. Also suitable for defoaming various biological tanks, exposure tanks, aerobic tanks, and other wastewater containing bacteria.

Usage Instructions

Dosage: 1-10 ppm of total volume; can be used undiluted or diluted (diluted products should not be stored for extended periods).

Flow Addition: Use a container with a valve. Place the product in the container and, when foam appears during wastewater treatment, open the valve to add the defoamer into the wastewater tank, eliminating the foam.

Drip Addition: Use a pump or valve to drip the defoamer into areas with high foam levels.

Spraying: Dilute the product and spray it onto the wastewater surface using a sprayer or atomizer.

Packaging and Storage

25KG, 200KG, 1000KG/drum packaging. Store in a cool place. Shelf life: 2 years. Transport as general chemicals.
