Performance and Applications:
High-efficiency decolorizing flocculant DCA-L1 is a cyanoguanidine series cationic polymer compound with multiple functions including decolorization, flocculation, and COD degradation. It is mainly used for the treatment of high-concentration, high-color-intensity wastewater from dyeing, printing and dyeing, and intermediate processes, especially suitable for wastewater treatment from reactive, acidic, and disperse dyes.
High-efficiency decolorizing flocculant DCA-L1 can be used for the treatment of industrial wastewater from textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, paper-making, and chemicals, achieving a decolorization rate greater than 95% and a COD removal rate greater than 65%.

Usage Method
1. Dilute DCA-L1 with 10-40 times the amount of water, then add it directly to the water. Stir for several minutes, then allow it to settle or float to obtain a clear, decolorized solution.
2. Adjusting the pH of the wastewater to 7-10 can improve the treatment effect.
3. When the wastewater has high color and CODcr, it can be used in combination with polyaluminum chloride, but they should not be mixed. This can reduce treatment costs. Whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or last should be determined based on experiments and the treatment process.
Packaging and Storage
High-efficiency decolorizing flocculant DCA-L1 is packaged in plastic drums, 25kg per drum, or as required by the user. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is twelve months. If this product shows stratification or whitening during low-temperature storage, it does not affect its use; stirring evenly will not affect its effectiveness.
Safety Precautions
The high-efficiency decolorizing flocculant DCA-L1 is a non-flammable and non-explosive substance. The optimal storage temperature is 8-30℃. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Take precautions during operation to avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
